We do not set advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics in cookieless mode to count visits — it stores nothing on your device, records the page viewed and a truncated IP used only to infer country, and has advertising signals disabled.
SumUp (payment processing) and our email provider (to send your report, alerts and receipt). We do not sell personal data. Data is held in the UK/EU.
UK planning records are published by local planning authorities as a matter of public record and contain personal data — applicant names, agent names, case officer names and site addresses. We collect this from published sources.
If you are named in a planning record and want it removed from this service, email us and we will consider the request. We cannot remove it from the council's own published register, which is the source.
You may request a copy of your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and may object to processing. Email help@planninghistoryreport.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
